Get Outdoors

Admittedly, it's a lot easier when the sun is shining, but even the darkest days can be brightened by stepping out of your front door.

Take a big breath of fresh air, or a few moments to listen to the birds. Look at the trees around you and notice the shape of their leaves. Consider how lucky we are to have such beautiful nature as part of our surroundings.

Noticing the details of our environment can help to decrease any tension or uneasiness we are feeling.
